You can check our daily tips during this summer especially for those with diabetes, chronic kidney conditions and high blood pressure or during chemotherapy and radiotherapy on our Facebook page.

Here are some tips :

- It is important to supply the body with sufficient water amounts and liquids throughout the day and use an umbrella or any other means to block direct sunlight in order to avoid the dehydration.

- Be attention to the symptoms of dehydration is an important factor to prevent it , dehydration happen when you lose liquids from your body more than liquids you drink, then you cannot do your vital functions. Symptoms of dehydration are blurred , dizziness, dry skin, headaches, lack of urination and increased heart rate therefore we recommend that you need to drink at least two liters of water during the day.

-If you lost your hair due to chemotherapy it is advisable in summer wearing hats and veils made of cotton instead of wigs if necessary, preferably use artificial hair wig not normal because it can transfer air in a better way.

-Try eating fruits and vegetables that contain a low proportion of potassium such as apples, peaches, strawberries, zucchini, peas, because eating foods that contain a high proportion of potassium in the summer, such as bananas, tomatoes, oranges and potatoes can cause sickness, weakness and numbness It is possible to up to a heart attack, especially with kidney patients.
